Restaurant Wastewater Treatment Process Description

The owner of this restaurant wastewater treatment project requests the effluent water’s quality can reach the standard of Limits of Water Pollutant Discharge (DB44/26-2001). The wastewater flows into the coagulation tank. After the process of coagulation and sedimentation, the DAF system separates suspended oil by gravity. The supernatant continuously enter the membrane-bioreactor, which consists of hydrolytic acidification, contact oxidation and MBR membrane. Finally the standard outlet water is produced. The sludge will be condensed in plate and frame filter press through the sludge tank, and the supernatant refluxes into water regulating tank. The sludge can be outward transported as plant substrate.
