Full automatic boiler water treatment is a kind of equipment which uses ion exchange method to remove calcium and magnesium ions in water and to reduce water hardness. The equipment is composed of full automatic control valve, filter tank, positive ion exchange resin and salt box. It can be automatically washed and regenerated according to time or flowing capacity.

According to the actual situation of raw water, adding pretreatment device  such as quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, security filter and so on , to ensure the turbidity of water less than 5NTU, the working process of softening water device: work, backwashing, salt absorption (also known as replacement), slow flushing, quick flushing.

• Hardness of  boiler water < to 0.03mmol/l
• Hardness of boiler dosing <4mmol/l.
• If water hardness < 6mmol/l, use 1st stage water softener which can work .
• If  water hardness is 6-12mmol/l, use 2nd stage  softening device .
• If water hardness >12mmol/l, it is required to use multistage softening device.
